STT’s Football Performance Training (FPT) program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, linear and lateral speed development, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, and strength training. Athletes are closely supervised and attention is always paid to proper technique and safety.
Our comprehensive combine training program addresses the 10, 20 and 40-yard dash, Pro-Agility, L-Drill, Broad and Vertical Jump, and Power Ball Toss. Coach Taylor has been a national combine tester and evaluating potential college athletes for over a decade. NOTE: Athlete must be in 9-12 grade and physically healthy to be eligible to participate.
Ten Weeks Of Training (March 11 - May 15, Monday and Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm):
Twenty (20) sessions at $40 per 1.5 hour workout
Team Discount (3+ from the same team) - $35
Five Weeks Of Training (April 15 - May 15, Monday and Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm):
Ten (10) sessions at $50 per 1.5 hour workout
Team Discount (3+ from the same team) - $45
One-On-One and Individual Training:
$60 per hour (These sessions would not be scheduled from 7-8:30 pm on Mon/Wed.)
There is no "drop-in" pricing due to personalized training preparations prior to workout.
