Spring High School Performance Training

Start Date: March 11, 2013

End Date: May 23, 2013

SMARTER Team Training’s High School Performance Training program brings the same methodology and intensity used with STT’s collegiate program to support and prepare high school athletes. Training programs for individuals and teams are available year-round to support your athlete in reaching their performance goals. These programs offer on-site preseason training camps, in-season program implementation, and off-season player development services.

Spring Session #1 (March 11 - April 11, Monday through Thursday from 4-5 pm):
Two times per week (10 workouts): $299
Three times per week (15 workouts): $399
Unlimited (20 workouts): $499

Spring Session #2 (April 22 - May 23, Monday through Thursday from 4-5 pm):
Two times per week (10 workouts): $299
Three times per week (15 workouts): $399
Unlimited (20 workouts): $499

Spring Double Session Bonus (March 11 - May 23, Monday through Thursday from 4-5 pm*):
Two times per week (20 workouts): $550
Three times per week (30 workouts): $725

*REMINDER: No training the week of April 15, 2013.

One-On-One and Individual Training:
$60 per hour (These sessions would not be scheduled from 4-5 pm on Mon through Thurs.)

There is no "drop-in" pricing due to personalized training preparations prior to workout.

Example Training Itinerary:
10 minute Dynamic Warm-Up
15 minute Ab/Low Back and Weak Link Training
15 minutes Agility Training and Conditioning
15 minutes Strength Training and Power Development
5 minutes Performance Flexibility and Self-Myofascial Release
