The past few years I have organized a way to give back to the field. In 2012, I created an audio interview series (the goal is to have 100 conversations to share by the end of the year and I am only three away. Have you listened to the podcast at http://sttpodcast.com?), share 50 research articles that I have read throughout the year (At 52 and counting already.), donate over $3000 to community outreach programs which support kids participating in sports (Done.), and others.
In 2013, I want to share drills and techniques that I have used, are being used by others, and initiate discussions to stimulate thought, increase creativity, and more. This is where I need your help. What sports performance programming do you want to use, see, and want to learn more about? Cone drills, speed development, flexibility, weak link protocols, myofascial release, etc.
Several manufacturers are on board to share how their products can be used.
