Lee Boyce is an 11th year personal trainer, and competed as a former track and field athlete (sprinter, long jumper) while attending York University for kinesiology studies. Boyce’s experience spans several clinetele demographics, having spent a number of years at a commercial gym, and then a leading medical clinic in the heart of the financial district. Today, along with being a full time private trainer with his own business, Boyce is an internationally recognized fitness writer, speaker, and part time college professor (Exercise and Lifestyle Management) based in Toronto, Ontario. He constantly contributes to many of the largest fitness publications in the world, and regularly appears in professional development journals for the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
In 2013, Boyce was selected to be part of the training and treatment staff for Team Jamaica at the Penn Relays international track classic, and he most recently spoke in Vancouver, British Columbia at the 2017 NSCA State Clinic.
